Waitlist, Hilo service rules, fuels, and plans while we get ready to start.
Do I have to live in the launch area to use Sable?
No. If your vehicle is in Hilo, we can fuel it. Living outside the launch area does not disqualify you.
I live out of town. Can you still fill my tank?
Yes. If you work, shop, or otherwise spend time in Hilo, we will meet the vehicle in Hilo and fill the tank there.
Where do you deliver?
Hilo. The only requirement for service is that the vehicle is in Hilo at the scheduled time.
When will you expand beyond Hilo?
We’ll start in Hilo, ZIP 96720. Over the next several months we’ll expand methodically across the east side, then the west side of Hawaiʻi Island, then Oʻahu, Maui, and Kauaʻi. We don’t publish exact dates.
How does the waitlist work?
Give us your name, email, and ZIP. We use it to gauge interest and email you when we open ordering. There’s no charge to join, and joining is not an order. Follow us on Instagram for the earliest public updates.
What fuels will you carry?
Ethanol-free, Regular (E10), Premium, Diesel, and DEF. Prices will follow local market rates and be shown when you order. We don’t post a live pump quote on this site. Delivery fee is waived with membership.
What plans will you offer?
Pay as you go, Basic, Plus, and Fleet. Delivery fee is waived with subscription. Hours are 24/7. Nothing is for sale yet — join the waitlist and we’ll tell you when ordering opens.
Is this an order?
No. We’re not taking fuel orders yet. The waitlist is so we can notify you at launch and see where interest is strongest.
How will I hear from you?
